Video: Interview with Doug Conant on the topic of Employee Engagement 

This video is an interview with Doug Conant, former CEO of Campbell’s Soup Company, at the 6th Annual Edelman Change and Employee Engagement Summit. He discusses the role of corporate social responsibility in employee engagement. He also looks back on the employee engagement challenges he faced when he first joined Campbell’s Soup Company, how the Company overcame those challenges and also considers the role of leaders in employee engagement.
